Sapphire's Book Reviews.

Hello. This place looks rather…baron, and i really do enjoy reading stories of all sorts.
One I read recently is a book titled ‘‘Ways to Live Forever’’. It’s author is a woman named Sally Nicolas, aged 23 at the time and I believe is very skilled to write a book such as this.

I found this book rather emotional and it actually brought tears to my eyes, knowing of someone who died of leukemia.

I recommend this book to virtually anyone, whether your a fantasy freak of a factual nerd. The book had a gripping plot line and had it’s fair share of grief and humor. I was never one for reading, but ever since I read this book, I have been reading whenever I can to my free time, moving a large chunk of my PMU time (sadly) to read what I can.

In all seriousness the story of this 11 year old boy is very similar to the lives of others, I remember my old friend was barely any older when she passed, it wasn’t long after her 12th in fact. This story really portrays the suffering those suffering the illness, and even the family and friends around them. This book truly brought me to tears, I am so glad i fought on through to read it all.

The story is in a diary format, but if you really don’t want to, you don’t have to read it, I am forching nothing here, I am simply saying my opinion of the book.

Interesting. One book I love is actually Storm Thief. I thought it was a very interesting read. ^_^

I see. I may look into that book myself then ^^. I’m always looking out for a good book, otherwise i’m unlikely to read it.
I do enjoy reading really, but if it isn’t good then there’s no real way I will be able to read it and think it through properly.

:D I agree, I am always looking for some good reads myself! lol
I have always been a big reader, YAY FOR BOOKS!!! :D

I shall check out those 2 books, thanks for the recommendations.~

i recently read “The Summer Of Riley” and it was a very good book. first book that actualy made me cry a bit lol. if you like dogs, then get “The Summer Of Riley”!

I just finsished a book named ‘Parvana’
I am typing this while crying. Its such a great and sad book. I am going to read it again. I rate the book 5/5 ^_^
Good work Deborah Ellis! :)

Another good book is Stuck in Neutral

Face by Benjamin Zephaniah (I skimmed this…but still a good story)

A story of a boy and his friends during their school break. Their lives are changed forever after a sad, and dramatic turn, after an old friend of Martin, offers to drive him and his gang home.

I think it is a rather moving tale of how hard it can be to adjust. I must say I sometimes feel it hard to make friends whatever the case. I think i’m just to quiet for my own good. ^^

It is good if you have a good imagination I guess…then again it is descriptive enough for one to know.

I must say this book probably gets an immediate 7/10 for me. I must say, that rating isn’t too bad in my books.

…Not much else to say about this book though…it’s a good read though, gotta say, could 'ave been better.

(Warning, there is some bad language in this, do not read unless you do not mind your ‘innocent’ eyes being charred.)
