Okay, I just noticed this today. If you have a throwing item equipped (stick, frozen stick, iron thorn, etc.) you are unable to throw them while frozen(This isn’t the bug). But, if attempting to use the item will result in that item’s quantity being decreased by one as if you used it, yet you did not use it.
You are allowed to use itemd while frozen/Sleep. (otherwise Chesto and Aspear berrires would be USELESS)and being that ‘Throw’ is begin worked on Stick Gravelerrocks Geo pebbles, etc. are counted as Items
