How do you make a PMD sprite comic?

I want to make one, but I can’t really understand the tutorials I found. People say to get sprites from The Spriter’s Resource but I don’t know how to paste them on MS paint. I can’t download the sprite pack from Pokefriends(maybe because of the firewall in China where I live) so I need another detailed and easy to understand tutorial.

Well, go to the spriter’s resource, and download the sprites you want to use, and the map too. Next, press that square icon, and select the part of the map you want to use. Right click, and then click copy. Paste it onto your comic. Next, click the paint bucket tool, and select white, and fill the area that is green or whatever, with white. Next, use that select tool, and select the sprite. Zooming in helps make it easier to select it. Then right-click, copy, and then go back to the comic. Now, the next part is VERY IMPORTANT, go on the select tool, and click on the / underneath it. Click transparent selection, and also make sure you secondary color is white. (Most of the time it is.) Now you can paste it onto your map.

This might be unfinished because it’s in the morning, but I’ll edit it as soon as possible.

So first, before you even START the comic, you need to come up with a good plot and decide what pokemon you will use. I do not suggest using legendaries as the main character, because… Well, they’re overpowered and could be classified as a Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu. Start with one of the starters from PMD or PMD2, or another pokemon like Poochyena or Meditite. It depends on your preference, really. But no one wants to read a bad PMD comic.
Alright. Now to start the comic.
So, if Spriter’s resource doesn’t work for you, I suggest using google to find ripped sprites and maps of the pokemon you want. Once you have the ripped maps and sprites you need for page 1, you can go ahead and add text, if any. Pokemon sprites, specifically the ones from PMD2, can do actions. So if your pokemon is going to be doing a action, try to find the right sprite for it.
In order to paste into MSpaint, You click on the picture you want with the left mouse button, and then it’ll zoom in. Some images force you to go to the website unless using Windows 8. If it does that, try dragging the image to where the URL is, and a small rectangle should appear. That’ll try to get the image by itself. Then, after you’re ready to copy and paste it, you right-click your image, select copy, open MS Paint, and if using Windows 7 or above paint, with the brush and all, you click paste, which is on the clipboard to the top left. For Windows Vista and lower MS Paint, you, as far as I remember, right click on the canvas in Paint, then the menu should appear. Select Paste, and it should paste. Now, if your image is a little off, DO NOT deselect. You can move it so that it fits your canvas. Then add in your sprites and all. Make sure they’re on transparent selections, though. After that, you can finally add in text, if any, for that page. PMD comics typically have 4 or 8 panels a page, vertically. I’ll add in pictures if you don’t understand still.
