Rank Abilities

i was thinking of a way to get more ppl to do missions.
and the answer would be rank abilities.
for example diamond rank would be tough which raises defense
master * would be item finder would tell you how many sparkling items would be on the floor
also gold rank could be shop finder which tells you when there is a shop on the floor

tell me what you think of this idea.

What do you mean? Saying it is tough? It may raise ‘defense’ but how? What do you mean by the definition of tough? Saying a mission is ‘tough’ could mean, Tanren Chambers missions, or even /some/ HT missions. (Since barely anybody goes to Harmonic Tower any more.)

Don’t you think that is a bit unfair? I mean, yes Master * Rank is pretty hard to reach, but quite a few people have it so far. I mean, a mission stating how many hidden items on a floor is pretty unfair, due to fossils being hidden etc. It will just give way to many ‘prizes’ to people, that I think, wouldn’t deserve them. I’d say, maybe for guildmaster rank?

Again, personally I feel that this is bad, as it’s saying that, for a rank, you can find if there is a shop on the floor, when you could easily just search the whole floor if you wanted to find a shop anyways.

Either way, I disagree with this suggestion, since it just seems that it’s not elaborated on enough, and it’s an unfair way of getting hidden items, and to find shops, that you could search for yourself.

tough is the name of the ability

if you don’t like master* make it master*** or guildmaster

knowing where shops are at certain ranks are at can help like at HT

these abilities are the same as IQ skills if you look but with ranks instead

Then suggest implementing IQ skills that can be learned as you go up in rank or a reward from a very difficult mission at a certain rank, etc.
You made this suggestion more complicated than it should be.

I definitely like the idea of ranks getting something more as a reward. I am not sure if I agree with all the ones you’ve chosen, but it’s something to go off of. :)

i agree some of what i said are not very good ideas for a reward but i suggested this so missions would be more popular because not many ppl gain their ranks even though they want to be high rank.
if something like this was on PMU more ppl would do missions and have fun.
ive gotten 50350 points in 11 months for a good reason.

also if IQ like skills cant be rewards the make some items like TMs or items be rank up only accessable.

Items and TMs seem a tad unfair. What if the glitch on TMs happens, or you lose that item? how would you get it back?

make it an item that you cant lose drop or sell and your good for those items and if you work hard for them then it is fair.
