Been Gone a year. Forgot password

Hello. So about a year ago I went on a long hiatus and came back to a forgotten password. My user name is Zake the Reaper, and my Pokemon team in-game was Gallade, Fearow, Spheal, and Victreebel (Not necessarily in that order.).
