[shout]The report system is completely different from Report Users. Maybe if you read the report reasons listed at the top of the header, you"d know the report system is accessable via the report user button on someone"s post. Get your facts straight. Thank you.

My guess is a swear list, such as in PMU6?
A swear list clarifies what is and isn’t appropriate language. When you’re waltzing around dropping the F bomb, it’s pretty clear that you don’t give a poop about the no cursing rule in the first place.
