Well, I know that it was already posted, but I have to explain the problem.
For Russian players, updater keeps halting at random percent, while process PMU.exe working perfectly. But it seemed only to Russian players yet. I do not know why that happens by geographical disposal, but it is very weird and disappointing. Also, if it couldn’t be fixed, you can upload every update files in special section, like patches. I hope either fix or patches will be took on.
This has happened to many. Including myself couple days back. The updater got glitched, and once you get the fix you should experience the same problem.
You could reinstall it within minutes. Or try your luck with using the task manager to open close until the updater lets you in.
Well, should note all began from the updater’s first update. Also, client reinstalling won’t help (+i using portable one now). And there’s no need to shut them down from processes due to process isn’t freezes, only dl. As I said, better to make custom patches too.
