In PMU, the moves;
-Discharge --The user strikes everything around it by letting loose a flare of electricity. This may also cause paralysis.
-Lava Plume --The user torches everything around it with an inferno of scarlet flames. This may also leave those hit with a burn.
Don’t hit allies, when they do so.
To be honest, it’d be like saying;
'Earthquake shouldn’t hit foes, neither should Surf, Magnitude."
Meanings;
Earthquake – The user sets off an earthquake that strikes every Pokémon around it.
Surf – The user attacks everything around it by swamping its surroundings with a giant wave. This can also be used for crossing water.
Magnitude – The user attacks everything around it with a ground-shaking quake. Its power varies.
Rings a bell?
These moves should hit foes again, because they do in X/Y and they should do so in PMU.
