lost all characters.

I logged off in citadel cellar f20+. 4 hours later i logged back on and have all my characters deleted/disappeared somehow idk. it was a glitch right? can you restore them? my character name is Kero_Keromatsu and Torra(i log off while using this account).
let me know if you need screenshot or something like that.
